I wanted to draw a simple shoujo girl waving at viewer^^. At first the bg was supposed to be simple, some cute patterns on a pink colour XD. But I saw nice brushes here this week and wanted to use them as bg. At first it was blue but I changed it in a green-ish colour...<__<
